OUR STORY
Lynrace Studio is an architectural and interior design practice in Oxford. We work with individuals, families and groups within London, the Cotswolds and Thames Valley area creating memorable designs and atmospheres.
Lynrace Studio builds upon the concept and success of Lynrace Spirit, a unique spirit and cocktail bar in Jericho, Oxford. Lynrace Spirit was created by Paul Southouse Architects in 2021 as a welcoming space for forging connections and inspiring creativity as an antidote to the previous few years of local and global changes.
We work with a rich collection of noteworthy and trusted designers and specialists who are on hand to interpret design ideas into incredible spaces which bring a magical quality to those who enjoy them.

DESIGN
We offer architectural and interior design consultancy for your home, including evaluating opportunities for home energy improvements. We also source unique and unusual interior objects and artwork to enhance your space.
APPROVAL
We help negotiate and obtain statutory approvals, including Planning Permission and Building Regulations, working with you to understand the opportunities for your project within the regulatory framework.
DELIVERY
We lead your project to ensure all elements are managed efficiently and to your budget. This includes advising on procurement, leading and co-ordinating other specialists involved and keeping timescales on track.
